Deposit.
A £100 deposit is payable to owner by bank transfer before entry to accommodation.
This will be returned to same bank account immediately after stay upon inspection by owner / cleaner. (Odd accidental mishaps / breakage of a glass etc are unlikely to be charged - especially if reported at the time of incident).
House Rules:
- Check-in time is 4pm and check-out is 10am.
- Smoking is not allowed.
- There are on-site parking facilities available at the property.
- Pets are not allowed at the property.
- Due to close proximity to other residents - NO PARTY GROUPS. NO STAG / HEN / ETC. Latest arrival time is 10pm. Host usually meets/ greets you and may refuse without compensation any non ‘couple’ group or where more people than booked attempt to occupy.
Deposit money can be used to compensate other residents affected by noise / nuisance at owners discretion..
This apartment is located in Norwich. Happisburgh Lighthouse and How Hill Trust are local landmarks, and some of the area's attractions include The Museum of the Broads and East Ruston Old Vicarage. Hoveton Hall Gardens and BeWILDerwood are also worth visiting.
