This cottage is part of the Old Mill built around the 1830's and is set on the banks of the fast flowing river Esk (Broom House Lane) next to the famous stepping stones. It has been completely renovated and is decorated and furnished to a high standard. Egton bridge is just 4 miles from Goathland and 8 miles from the historic town of Whitby. You are in the middle of walking country but also close to rail links. Egton Bridge has its own station
ACCOMMODATION:- entrance. Cosy lounge with electric fire in feature fireplace and dining area. Next to the lounge is a newly fitted kitchen. Stairs lead to the first floor where there is a spacious bedroom with a double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers. Also a bathroom with bath, electric shower over the bath, toilet and washbasin. Off the bathroom is a utility area with a washing machine and tumble dryer.
SERVICES:- refrigerator, electric hob with electric oven, microwave, washing machine and tumble dryer. Colour TV and DVD, radio/CD player. Heating by way of modern electric heaters.
