On arrival at this single storey property, you will notice the open plan design of the communal area. The lounge/diner/kitchen is spacious with plenty of comfortable seating, a TV/DVD and dining table seating for four. There are French doors that open out on to the gardens. The kitchen is at the rear of the room and adopts a large triangular shape. It comes complete with an electric oven and hob, a washing machine, a microwave, a dishwasher, and a fridge/freezer. Along the hallway are the two bedrooms; the first is a double with an en suite bathroom with a shower over bath and WC, whilst the next bedroom has a double bed and a day bed.
