Epsom Cottage stands as the mirror-image of Goodwood across the courtyard, built for the stable grooms.
There is a master bedroom with antique, queen sized four poster bed and ensuite shower room, as well as a twin bedroom and single room with single four poster bed and washstand with running water. Opposite this is the shared bathroom – bath with shower over, marble topped washstand, heated towel rail. Downstairs is the eat-in kitchen with side by side US style fridge freezer, hob and oven, microwave, dishwasher, dish rack, Belfast sink and washer dryer, and french doors to garden. The 19 foot square drawing room/dining room has an open fire and windows on three sides. In the garden is a walnut tree, paved terrace with vine covered pergola, garden furniture, barbeque and umbrella.
In total the house sleeps 5 in beds, with the space for one extra cot or camp bed (5+1)
