No.5 Lawers View is a 2-bed house at Loch Tay Holiday Homes. Lying on the shore of the peaceful Loch Tay, this is the perfect place for a holiday in the Scottish Highlands and is ideally located for activities in and around the loch. The Watersports and Activity Centre will ensure you have everything you need for a day out on the water, whether you want to bounce on a water trampoline, speed around in a motorboat or take in the sights on a pedalo. As a guest of Loch Tay Holiday Homes you also get free access to the Hot Box, a large wood-burning sauna offering spectacular views across the water, great for unwinding after a long day.
The property is a great place to explore your surroundings of Highland Perthshire, and is within easy reach of the village of Kenmore, as well as Taymouth Castle and Kenmore Beach. Right next door to the marina you'll find the Scottish Crannog Centre, which offers a look back in time to the Iron Age when ancient humans lived on the loch in structures known as crannogs. You'll also find a variety of walking routes in the area, suitable for exploring the scenic setting whether you're looking for a relaxing stroll or a more demanding hike.
No.5 Lawers View is a modern 2-bedroom house with spacious, open rooms and incredible views over Loch Tay and its surroundings through the large windows. It's pet friendly, too, so if you're bringing along the whole family, you won't have to leave the dog behind. The property offers two inviting bedrooms — one with a double bed and one with a bunk bed and additional single bed — both with en-suite bathrooms, as well as a double sofa bed in the lounge, allowing up to 7 people to stay here. A private terrace with a luxurious hot tub provides the perfect place to unwind, or you might prefer to relax on the leather sofas in the open plan lounge, dining and kitchen area, with a flatscreen TV, DVD player and iPod docking station on hand to ensure you won't run short on entertainment. Wall-mounted TVs and DVD players are also provided in the bedrooms.
The well-equipped kitchen supplies everything you need to prepare delicious meals, and a downstairs shower room in addition to the upstairs en-suite bathrooms ensures there won't be too long a queue in the morning. On the practical side, there's a utility room with a washer, dryer, sink, and ironing board, as well as room for bike storage and ample additional storage space throughout the property.
