Ground floor self catering apartment, with kitchen. Allerford view is level access, and has a lowered bed with en-suite wet room. The Kitchen is NOT adapted, but is spacious. The wet room has handles and shower chair, please check images very carefully for suitability. The lounge has a 50" HD TV, DVD player and access to the private courtyard with gorgeous views of Allerford and the Moorland. The facilities of the B&B are not available to residents of the self catering apartment

Every room has a very unique character; Heddon Master room is truly vast, with dual aspect views, Greenaleigh has a private lounge, Embercombe is one of our dog friendly rooms, alongside Danesbrook. In the North wing are Ivystone, with a roll-top bath, and two en-suites, Jennifrieds and Longpool. All our rooms are named from local waters, and there is a framed description in each room.
Allerford View is our apartment, which is level access, and has its own page, as well as its own entrance.

Outside, you have eight acres of informal garden, a mill pond, shallow river, waterfall, children’s play area and woodland to explore. Boasting expansive lawned areas, tennis and badminton courts & the oldest private Squash court (Grade II listed) in England.
Inside we even a private nine seat cinema room / presentation suite, and an honesty bar with touchscreen coffee machine (cappuccinos etc) so you may enjoy a glass of something in the picture window of the warm, comfortable lounge so even an inclement day will be wonderful.
Located in Minehead, this apartment is in a rural area and by the sea. Dovery Manor Museum and Dunster Dolls Museum are cultural highlights, and some of the area's attractions include Exmoor Owl & Hawk Centre and Exmoor Adventures. Greencombe Gardens and Blenheim Gardens are also worth visiting. Be sure to check out the area's animals with activities such as game walks and birdwatching.
