There is also a family shower room with a walk-in shower, basin and WC, in addition to a ground-floor cloakroom with WC and basin. Additional rooms include a kitchen/diner, a sitting room with a woodburning fire and a well-equipped utility. Outside, you will find ample off-road parking and an enclosed rear garden with table and chairs. The Old Stables promises a wonderful retreat.

The coastal towns of Lynmouth, Porlock and Minehead are also a short drive away.
