There is also a family shower room with a walk-in shower, basin and WC, in addition to a ground-floor cloakroom with WC and basin. Additional rooms include a kitchen/diner, a sitting room with a woodburning fire and a well-equipped utility. Outside, you will find ample off-road parking and an enclosed rear garden with table and chairs. The Old Stables promises a wonderful retreat.

Rear courtyard garden with picnic table and BBQ. Front enclosed lawn garden with river view with garden bench. Strictly only one well-behaved dog welcome. Sorry, no smoking allowed. For walks, you will find waymarked paths down the Exe and River Barle valleys, as well as Dunkery Beacon, the highest point on Exmoor. The coastal towns of Lynmouth, Porlock and Minehead are also a short drive away.
