The space
As a smart-home with lots of character and traditional features it blends the old with new. You will have your own key-less entry tag and motion detectors to turn on the lights outside and in. Large smart TV /YouTube premium/ movie streaming and music in the breakfast room by the traditional fireplace and hive thermostat for those chilly nights. The house has its own tiered sunny garden at the rear and newly landscaped side decked garden, accommodation spread over three floors having views across the town and countryside , yet only a couple of minutes walk to places to eat and shop .

Committed to Clean
During the current climate the house will be deep cleaned and sanitized before and after guests. Increasing the cleaning time and costs but better for peace of mind for all.
I usually live away from the house however some of my things will be in the property. Most rooms are fully empty for guests with space for your things in wardrobes , drawers etc. The house is set up to make your stay easy.
Please bear that in mind, I welcome guests to stay and enjoy the area but if you keep things tidy it always helps with the process. Thanks :)
Located in Buxton, this cottage is in a rural area and on a river. Chatsworth House and Buxton Opera House are local landmarks, and some of the area's attractions include Peak Volumes and Chestnut Centre Otter, Owl and Wildlife Park. Bloomers Original Bakewell Puddings and Baked Well Pottery Painting are also worth visiting. Be sure to check out the area's animals with activities such as game walks and birdwatching.
