A delightful coastal apartment with fabulous views from the first floor balcony. No. 7 The Craighurst forms part of a three storey property on North Parade in Southwold. This beachside bolthole is a stylish and romantic couples’ escape with a master bedroom, shower room and open plan kitchen and living area with doors opening onto the private balcony… relax with a coffee over breakfast and inhale the fresh sea air.
The property is just a stone’s throw from the beach and the picturesque pastel beach huts. Stroll along the upper promenade, beautiful at any time of year. The town’s individual shops, cafes, delis and restaurants are all on hand too - perfect for a coffee and cake while indulging in a little retail therapy. A visit to Southwold wouldn’t be complete without heading off to the pier, dating back to the 1900’s, it was originally built as a landing point for the steamships which use to stop off at the town. Don’t forget to visit the lighthouse - this distinctive landmark at the centre of the town has been guiding vessels into the historical harbour since the late 1800’s.
The apartment also has also easy access to the common and a nearby footpath takes you down to the harbour with the foot ferry to Walberswick (summer only).
