The Retreat
The retreat is cosy log cabin offering a self catering experience. The cabin is situated on the outskirts of the quaint village of Boxford and positioned amongst farmland with spectacular countryside views stretching for miles.
The cabin is tastefully decorated with all mod cons and can accommodate 2 adults comfortably with the option to accommodate two more people on a small pull out sofa bed in the living room.

About Boxford
The village of Boxford offers a warm small village atmosphere and boasts a local pub offering a selection of wholesome meals, a few local shops including a delightful tea room offering a wide array of delicious home made lunches and cakes. Walking distance to the village will take about 30 mins and on a nice day it's well worth the walk
Being a semi rural area there are many countryside walks as you walk out of the retreat - great for nature lovers or just people looking for peace and quiet away from the hustle and bustle of life
There is an on-site holistic therapy centre offering holistic therapies spa pampering and massages

When you stay at the retreat you will be woken to the sound of the birds singing and have access to beautiful country walks on your doorstep - watch amazing sunsets from the front verandah of the cabin and easy access to some local tourist attractions such as the quaint old villages of long Medford Claire and lavenham - Sudbury is a short drive as is colchester and bury st Edmunds
Lots of wonderful restaurants cafes pubs and bistros within a short drive from the retreat
Located in Sudbury, this cabin is in a rural area. Dedham Vale and Gainsborough's House are local landmarks, and some of the area's attractions include Assington Barn and East Anglian Railway Museum. Lavenham Falconry and Tenpin Bowling Colchester are also worth visiting. Take time off to check out the winery tours in the area, or get some fresh air with adventures like cycling, mountain biking, and hiking nearby.
