Welcome to this stunning residence with 5 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Recently fully-renovated and professionally interior-designed, we aim to give you a boutique-hotel experience.
You can be sure of a luxurious stay from the minute you walk in through the door. Every room has a unique contemporary design and exudes a stylish wow factor.
The house has been professionally interior-designed to create a stylish and elegant residence where you can expect luxury throughout. You will have the house to yourself so you will only be staying with the people on your booking. We have taken care of every detail - in each room you will find fine Egyptian cotton bed linen with sumptuous pillows and duvets and blackout blinds - all to ensure you have a peaceful night sleep.
The house boasts a brand new fully-equipped fitted kitchen with breakfast bar, pots and pans, cutlery and dinner ware. Appliances include: electric hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, oven, dishwasher, washing-machine, tumble dryer and fridge-freezer.
All the bedrooms have locking doors, an iron and hair dryer. Please help yourself to the complimentary snacks we have laid out for you in the kitchen, and bottled water beside your bed.
In the living room, there is a dining table as well as comfy sofa and armchairs with huge 55 inch OLED smart television for you to enjoy and fast WiFi is provided. The conservatory also has a large dining table which can double up as a workspace.
You will be able to relax and unwind in the large back garden which is a lovely green space with lawn and luscious green plants and trees. There is also a patio area with garden furniture for those reflective outdoor moments.
Clean towels, fresh bed linen, ironing board, bread, tea, coffee, white and brown sugar and milk are provided. If you have a preference for a particular type of bread (or prefer fresh croissants instead) and milk (semi skimmed/ skimmed/full fat/almond/goats/oat or lactose free), we will be happy to accommodate this before your arrival.
There is a great range of shops within walking distance including The Co-Op, local coffee shops, Greggs, Tesco, Boots Pharmacy and many others. We are a short 5-10 minute drive to the centre of Solihull where you will find an excellent range of entertainment and shopping, including Touchwood with cinema and many restaurants.
Your booking is for the entire property which can sleep upto 9 people in 5 bedrooms. The house is ideally located to serve as a base for anyone who is working in or around Birmingham or simply visiting the area, being close to Birmingham International Airport, the NEC, Jaguar Land Rover, Resorts World, the Bullring, Brindley Place, Grand Central, the NIA, Heartlands and Solihull Hospital and the Birmingham Mailbox, to name a few!
The home would be perfect for those looking to visit the Midlands with its wide range of attractions and surrounding historical towns and villages, including Stratford Upon Avon, The Costwolds and Warwick.
High chair and cot are available on request. Children's cutlery, plates and cups are provided, along with toys to entertain our younger guests.
