A countryside cottage, with a beautiful woodland setting, surrounds this cottage and where you will find tranquillity. Within the estate, you will find a host of activities to enjoy such as afternoon tea (using local and Estate produce), foraging on the Estate, Clay pigeon shooting, guided riding and a Bear Grylls Survival Academy , plus more. If you do find yourself venturing out of the Estate, you can be met with heathlands, forests, farmland, and historical sites, in addition to several four legged friendly pubs, within the South Downs National Park, which is a great place for walkers and cyclists alike. 2 miles away is the town of Midhurst, you will find a mix of medieval, Georgian, Victorian, and Edwardian architecture within the town and plenty of history! This stunning contemporary meets traditional property allows guests to feel at one within the countryside setting and upon entering the split level cottage, you are greeted by a large open plan lounge and dining room with traditional beams overhead. Relax on the comfy sofas after a busy day exploring the local area or enjoy a meal in the dining area. The kitchen is located just off the lounge/diner and is modern and fresh with all the amenities that you may need. Returning to the cosy hallway and up a couple of steps leads you to the first of the properties two bedrooms: a double room with an en suite bathroom. The second bedroom is a single bedroom and has use of the separate shower room that is located back down the steps in the hallway. Outside there is comfortable outdoor seating at the front of the property, and also a shared BBQ area to the front.
