Felpham is a pretty Sussex village located just outside historic Chichester, and offers a village pub, local shop and various cafes. Close by, is the city of Chichester, which is home to the world famous Chichester Cathedral and all its medieval history. The kitchen is fully equipped with an electric oven and gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. Heading back into the hallway you will find two bedrooms: a king size with a TV and en suite bathroom with shower over bath and WC and a twin bedroom. Leading off from the twin bedroom is a delightful conservatory with a table and chairs which is the perfect spot to enjoy a morning coffee in the sunshine. The property is completed with a shower room with shower and WC. Outside, is an enclosed garden to enjoy, with table and chairs, great for summer entertaining. Private parking is available for two cars.
