Just a short walk from many of Bath's main attractions, the location makes sightseeing easy. The apartment is light, airy and well-equipped for your stay. The private courtyard garden is a rare find in Bath and is lovely for those warmer evenings to relax in. Thoughtful details throughout including luxury 5* hotel quality sheets and towels, crystal glasses, cocktail shaker, Grind coffee machine with frother and smart TV. ENTRANCE The entrance hallway has a pantry cupboard where you'll find the fridge and all you need to prepare meals. KITCHEN/LIVING ROOM Open plan living space with dining table (that could double up as work space if needed) and French doors that open up onto the courtyard garden. The kitchen has everything you'd need for your stay, including: oven, hob, dishwasher, kettle, toaster and coffee machine. BATHROOM The bathroom has a bath with shower, toilet and basin. Luxury towels are included for your stay. BEDROOM The bedroom has a comfy double bed, luxury sheets and plenty of clothes storage. There are French doors that open out onto the courtyard garden. OUTSIDE SPACE The courtyard gardens runs the length of the apartment and is a lovely private and secluded spot for relaxing and eating outside. I will most likely be available throughout your stay to assist if necessary. Located on the North Side of Brock Street, a fine Grade II listed residential terrace, situated between the world-renowned Kings Circus and the Royal Crescent. Close by is Margaret’s Buildings, a pretty pedestrianised street which links Brock Street and Catharine Place. This unique location provides an assortment of bespoke retailers, art galleries, hairdresser, cafes. The UNESCO World Heritage City of Bath is on the doorstep and offers a wonderful variety of independent and chain retail outlets, many fine restaurants, cafes and wine bars and an excellent selection of cultural activities which include a well renowned international music and literary festival, the newly refurbished One Royal Crescent and Holburne Museums, The Roman Baths and Pump Rooms. World Class sporting facilities are available at the nearby Bath Rugby and Cricket Clubs and at Bath University, along with a well-respected local tennis club in Lansdown. The apartment is a 20 minute walk or 10 minute car journey from Bath Spa train station, the main bus station is also a 20 minute walk/10 minute car journey and has links to Bristol, Wells and Frome – perfect for day trips. If coming by car, we would recommend Charlotte Street car park, which is long stay car park, and is a 10 minute walk from the apartment. There is no parking at the property due to its central location, we would recommend Charlotte Street Car Park which is a short walk away.
This apartment is located in Upper Town, a neighborhood in Bath. The area's natural beauty can be seen at Cotswolds and Dyrham Park, while No. 1 Royal Crescent and Fashion Museum are cultural highlights. Bath Botanical Gardens and Avon Valley Adventure and Wildlife Park are also worth visiting.
