Spacious and stylish barn conversion set on the owner s estate enjoying stunning views within a peaceful countryside setting. The hamlet of Sheriffs Lench is an excellent base to explore the Cotswolds with popular Broadway 12.3 miles away, renowned for its independent shops, restaurants and the views from Broadway Tower. Great Malvern and the picturesque Malvern Hills are 20.7 miles away and these can be seen from the front garden of the property. Enjoy scenic walks and cycling before heading back to your tranquil base, ready to plan your next day of exploring. The Georgian market town of Pershore (6 miles) and Stratford upon Avon (17.5 miles) is also easily accessible, ideal for a day visit to explore the birthplace of William Shakespeare and its many attractions for all ages. After a busy day exploring this beautiful part of the country, head back to your rural retreat and into the barn conversion. The door leads straight into the large open plan lounge/kitchen/diner. The owners have created a wonderful lounge space with comfortable sofas, Smart TV and a fantastic log burner for the cooler nights. There is a fully equipped kitchen with a dining table, perfect for a self catering stay enjoying some of the wonderful local produce you will have the chance to pick up on your travels. The space has retained many of the original features of the barn with lovely arched windows and doors across the rear wall of the property, creating a light and airy feel throughout. Continue through a hallway and into the double bedroom which has been tastefully decorated and enjoys lovely views across the countryside. Next door to the bedroom is the bathroom. The cottage has two outdoor spaces to sit and relax with a drink or dine alfresco. To the front is a lawned garden with a patio area and outdoor seating with views across to the Malvern Hills. To the rear is a lovely courtyard space. The space is shared with the cottage next door and has its own outdoor furniture and BBQ for you to enjoy.
