Situated within the owner s grounds, the properties offer comfortable and unique accommodation, each property has its own individual style and has been sympathetically restored to showcase their historical features. Step out into the heart of this village with its community shop, cafe and antique store. Bretforton is a traditional working village which stages some of its own events, such as the annual asparagus auction, the Proms in the Park, the Bretforton Village Show and Open Gardens. Guests will be surrounded by breathtaking countryside offering way marked paths. A short drive from Shakespeare s birthplace with attractions to include Anne Hathaway s Cottage, Hall s Croft, Mary Arden s Farm and the Royal Shakespeare Theatre. Enjoy visiting Broadway and Chipping Campden with their traditional high street of honey coloured cottages, boutiques, antiques shops, cafes and restaurants. When entering this beautifully converted property with exposed walls and underfloor heating throughout, you will be greeted by a tastefully designed lounge with woodburner to relax in front of on those chilly evenings together with a TV and DVD player. In the kitchen well equipped you will find an electric oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, freezer. Downstairs there is also a utility room with washer/dryer and downstairs toilet. The accommodation offers 1 bedroom which has a super king size zip and link bed (which can be made into a twin on request) with en suite shower and WC. Outside accessed through French doors in the kitchen is an enclosed garden with patio and garden furniture. There is off road, gated parking for 1 car with additional roadside parking if required. Can be booked alongside Bretforton's Wisteria Cottage.
