French doors open into the garden, extending this space further. Continuing back through the hallway, you ll find the well equipped kitchen/diner with an electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. Open the French doors leading directly outside while enjoying your morning coffee at the breakfast table. Continuing back through the hall you will find a family bathroom with a shower over the bath and WC. There are three light and bright double rooms, one with an en suite shower and WC. Venturing outside there is an enclosed patio area tastefully created to reflect comfort and privacy with your own hot tub, bespoke gazebo with seating and charcoal BBQ, perfect for al fresco dining. Please note that the hot tub is only available from 10am 10pm daily. There is parking at the front of the property in the courtyard for three cars.
