This complex of beautiful cottages is set above the village of Penclawdd situated on the North Gower coast. Explore the famous beaches of Gower for a day at the seaside, head to Cefn Bryn, famous for Arthurs s Stone and its stunning hikes, or head to the bustling city of Swansea, just a 30 minute drive away, for a great day out for everyone, with a waterfront museum, marina and plenty of shops and restaurants to enjoy. The Wales Coast Path is easily accessed from the village providing great access to North Gower. Also, in the surrounding area, is a choice of golf courses: The Gower Golf Club and Machynys Peninsula Golf and Country Club. (Please check admittance for the various attractions). Step inside this comfortable property and immediately feel at home. The open plan living space allows everybody to socialise together in comfort. The lounge area has comfortable seating, electric fire and TV/DVD for the whole family to relax in front of after a busy day. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to cook up those family favourites with an electric oven and hob, microwave and fridge with ice compartment. Heading further into the property, you will find the two bedrooms: a master double, and a bunk bedroom with full size beds along with a stable door that opens onto the decked area. Both bedrooms share the shower room with shower and WC. Head out onto the patio area with garden furniture to enjoy a drink on a warm summer's evening whilst enjoying the stunning views. A booking system and rota will be present for the shared hot tub, the utility room and the various outdoor games will be available per cottage. There is off road parking for one car.
