Bay View is an impressive Victorian house which is equipped to a very high standard and provides an excellent quality of accommodation for a maximum of 18 people in a total of 7 bedrooms. All bedrooms have en-suite facilities.
The house has been recently been extensively renovated and refurbished to an excellent standard. Bay View has achieved a Welsh Tourist Board Quality Rating of 5 Stars.
Bay View is situated in an enviable position on the seafront of the picturesque, unspoilt coastal town of Criccieth. Criccieth is ideally located on the spectacular Llyn Peninsular, and is also only a stones throw from the fantastic Snowdonia National Park.
Bay View has 3 twin rooms, 2 kingsize rooms and 2 family suites. Each family suite comprises 2 interconnecting rooms, one with a king size bed and the other a set of bunk beds. The 2 family suites benefit from superb sea views.
ALL BEDROOMS HAVE EN-SUITE FACILITIES
Bay View has a fantastic, sociable kitchen/diner with seating for 18, plus all the mod cons that one would expect in a brand new kitchen. Sea views can be enjoyed from the kitchen/diner.
The sea views can also be enjoyed from the bay window of the huge first floor formal lounge. Comfortable seating for 18 and a 51' flat screen TV is provided. Bay View also boasts a log burner for those cooler evenings.
A further sitting room is located on the ground floor. This room has a Wii games console, flat screen TV, pool table, books, board games etc.
There is a also a ground floor WC & utility room which houses 2 washing machines and 2 tumble driers.
The beautiful sea views can be enjoyed from patio area to the front of the house.
In Bay View a back yard is available and there is also plenty of undercover storage space for bikes etc.
The house benefits from superb sea views with the Cambrian coast, Harlech and a section of the Snowdonia mountain range also being within view. Access to the beach is directly opposite the house.
Criccieth is a small, unspoilt Victorian town, located on the Llyn Peninsular, 5 miles from the Snowdonia National Park. The castle and all of Criccieth's many local amenities (pubs, restaurants, cafes, shops etc) are all within a short walk of Bay View.
Please note that Bay View is strictly not to be used for parties. Criccieth is a quiet, family-orientated holiday village. Bay View is a terraced properties in a village setting with neighbours on either side. All our guests must be considerate to our neighbours in terms of their privacy and enjoyment of the peaceful nature of the locality.
Located in Criccieth, this vacation home is in a rural area and on the beach. Plas Heli and Mermaid Spa are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those looking for area attractions can visit Ffestiniog & Welsh Highland Railways and Glasfryn Parc. Be sure to check out the area's animals with activities such as game walks and birdwatching.
