Sitting along the charming seafront, this pretty apartment is ideal for a family or a couple exploring the flourishing harbour village of Aberdyfi (also known as Aberdovey). Set along the beautiful northern shore of the River Dyfi as it flows into Cardigan Bay, Aberdyfi has plenty of popular attractions including a championship golf course, a long sandy stretch of beach, and plenty of quaint pastel coloured houses. Surrounded by the beautiful landscapes of the southern reaches of the glorious Snowdonia National Park, Aberdyfi makes a wonderful base for walkers and nature lovers, and there are plenty of great restaurants, pubs and cafes just metres away from the apartment. The Dyfi Estuary is host to activities including sailing, windsurfing, canoeing and fishing. Entering the property, a couple of steps lead up into the hallway and through to the stylish and spacious lounge/diner. This is a lovely space for everyone to settle back and relax at the end of great day out. The lounge features plenty of seating, a smart TV and a large bay window offering superb views over the beach and out to sea. The dining area is ideal for gathering together to enjoy a favourite family meal. Exploring further, the fully equipped kitchen has an electric oven with halogen hob, an under counter fridge with a small ice compartment, plus a microwave, washing machine and a small dining table perfect for breakfast or a quick snack. Heading upstairs, the top floor features a snug children s TV room and two warm and welcoming bedrooms. The king size bedroom is to the front of the apartment, with far reaching sea views. The back bedroom has twin beds and plenty of storage space. There s also a stylish bathroom complete with a shower over the bath and a WC. Please note all rooms on this floor have low sloping ceilings. Stepping outside, there s a small roof terrace with garden furniture, providing a charming spot for a morning coffee as you plan the day. Guests will be provided with a free car pass with can be used in Aberdyfi s pay and display car parks, the nearest being opposite the apartment. Please note that the apartment is accessed via a wooden gate behind the property which leads up four flights of metal stairs this staircase can become slippery when wet.
