Providing a great rural escape whilst having the benefit of five picturesque fishing lakes containing common and mirror carp to 20lb, tench, bream, chub, perch and roach. The property is perfect for a couple and 2 children looking to relish a new adventure in this lovely district.

As a self-catering lodge, you'll find everything you need for a perfect stay.
The kitchen has a fridge, a hob, oven, diswasher, kettle, toaster, freezer, microwave and washer dryer.
The lodge is a perfect place to relax with lakeside views.


This house has 2 bedrooms and can comfortably sleep 4.
In the first bedroom, you will find a king size bed with ensuite, walk in wardrobe and tv.
The second bedroom contains 2 single beds with tv.


There are 2 bathrooms.
The first bathroom has a free standing bath, toilet and sink .
The second bathroom which is the ensuite has a toilet and sink and a walk-in shower.


Linen is all included to make your stay more enjoyable. Sorry towels are not included

- Check-in time is 2pm and check-out is 10am.
- Smoking is not allowed.
- There are free parking on premises parking facilities available at the property.
Dogs are welcome, 2 well behaved dogs maximum,

Located in Preston, this lodge is on a lake. Forrest Hills and Lancaster Brewery are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those looking for area attractions can visit Old Holly Farm and The FIG Tree. Dewlay Cheese Factory and Cobble Hey Farm and Gardens are also worth visiting.
