A fabulous collection of four fantastic properties in the heart of Rutland. Newly built in 2022, they provide spacious and comfortable accommodation for up to seven guests. Each property has a large kitchen/dining room on the ground floor, with everything you need to serve up a fabulous family meal. Access to the enclosed garden is from the kitchen and provides you with a lovely outside space during the warmer months of the year. On the first floor is where you’ll be able to relax in the living room with a lovely Juliette balcony overlooking the tree lined street. The bedrooms and two bathrooms are spread on the first and second floor so you’ll have plenty of space.
Approximately a 10-minute walk will take you into the traditional market town of Oakham, packed full of heritage and enjoys an array of local facilities including high street and independent shops, cafés, tea room and restaurants. The local train station is just over ½-mile and links to Birmingham New Street via Melton Mowbray and Leicester and Stansted Airport or Cambridge via Peterborough. There are also trains to London St Pancras from Oakham. Oakham also boasts a small castle and museum along with markets. Also with easy driving distance are more local market towns including Uppingham and Stamford with more independent shops and eateries. The main attraction of visiting Rutland is the stunning ’Rutland Water’ with its 4200 acres of open countryside and nature reserves where you can enjoy stunning walks, bird watching at the local nature reserve, fishing, rock climbing, high ropes, golf, crazy golf, boat trips, water sports including windsurfing, sailing, canoeing, Aqua Park, kayaking and stand-up paddle boarding during the summer. There are plenty of places to visit including Burghley House, with its annual horse trials, 15 miles, Boughton House, Barnsdale Gardens, Sacrewell Farm and Rockingham Castle. Other market towns slightly further afield include Oundle, Market Harborough and Melton Mowbray.

Melton Theatre and Browne's Hospital and Museum are cultural highlights, and some of the area's landmarks include Lyddington Bede House and Rockingham Castle. The Rutland Falconry and Owl Centre and Barnsdale Gardens are also worth visiting. Canoeing and fishing offer great chances to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with horse riding nearby.
