The spacious lounge is the perfect space for relaxing after a day of sightseeing or a hard day at work. There is a 40-inch Smart HD TV together with high-speed complimentary Wi-Fi to enjoy watching your favourite films and shows on Netflix. A separate dining room is located next to the kitchen for you to enjoy delicious meals.  
Leading off the dining room is a fully equipped kitchen, ready to prepare and cook your favourite meals during your stay. The kitchen comes with a large fridge-freezer, oven, microwave, and a range of cooking utensils. The kitchen leads to a peaceful garden area with outdoor furniture to enjoy during those warmer days. The first of two bathrooms is located off the kitchen and comes with a shower and WC. Bath and hand towels are available for use. There is a washing machine located in a separate utility room behind the kitchen. 
Upstairs are 4 beautifully decorated bedrooms. The master bedroom comes with a luxury king bed which can be changed into two single beds on request. The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms are doubles and the 4th bedroom is a single. Each bedroom comes with it's own desk and chair for home-working as well as built-in wardrobes. The 2nd bathroom is located upstairs and is a family bathroom with shower over bath including WC. 
The property is located to the West of the city centre in the Glenfield area of Leicester just a 10-min drive to Leicester city centre. Leicester train station is a short 15-min drive and Glenfield hospital is a 5-min drive away / 20-min walk away.
