A Beautiful large Farm House set in a rural village on private land. Church Walk farm makes a perfect stay for families and friends looking for somewhere to switch off and relax. As you enter the village you will pass the Globe Inn, the local pub a stones throw away. Measham Village and Cattows Farm a short drive away.
Church Walk Farm is a large Farm House which accommodates up to 9 people over 5 bedrooms and 4.5 baths, which has been recently renovated but still shows its traditional features. Along with a large garden, patio and park directly next door, including children's play area with canal access.
There are two living spaces one of which is a former reading room which was owned by the local church, which boasts the original exposed wooden beams and tall ceilings. This has now been transformed into an entertainment/games room. This includes a **freestanding bar** and **pool table**. Both the living room and entertainment room have NETLFIX, SKY and SKY SPORTS. Alternatively, there is a separate landing area above the entertainment room where you can unwind.
You are welcome to use the fireplace and two log burners throughout the property. We will supply a portion of wood however, if you require more wood you will need to source this yourself.
The well equipped kitchen has a traditional cottage feel including an original AGA available for use. This leads into a utility area which has a newly fitted oven, hob and wine chiller.
The 10 seat dining area is the heartbeat of the property which brings together the living spaces, kitchen and upstairs bedroom. A office is also located downstairs.
We offer two large master bedrooms with super king beds and En-suite bathrooms. One located downstairs and other upstairs.

A family bathroom upstairs, which serves the double and single bedrooms and a small toilet with shower can be located downstairs between the kitchen and dining area.

A spacious garden with an 8 seat furniture set. The garden can be accessed by the lounge, downstairs master and games room. A chimenea is available for use. We will supply enough wood for your stay however, if you require more wood you will need to supply this yourself.

Private gated driveway, enough room for 4 cars. Off road parking nearby.

Cattows Farm - A local farm with a Tea Room and Farm Shop. You can also pick your own strawberries, blackcurrants, pumpkins and sunflowers.

Twycross Zoo – Twycross Zoo is 4 miles/7 mins from Snarestone Village.

This vacation home is located in Snarestone, a neighborhood in Swadlincote, and is in a rural area.
