The apartment is a comfortable size and is furnished to a high level, with a fully equipped kitchen including fridge with freezer box, oven/hob, microwave, toaster, washing/drying machine and heated airer, iron/ironing board, and sufficient cooking/serving equipment for your day-to-day catering
You will be provided on arrival with a welcome pack on arrival of basics such as bread/butter, milk, cereal, eggs, beans and tea/coffee. We also provide essentials such as washing up liquid, kitchen rolls, cooking oil, salt and pepper.
There is a sofa, Smart TV (free to air terrestrial channels are provided and also the facility for you to view your own streaming content), and a drop-down table/workspace and chairs and a comfortable double bed. The bathroom has a shower cubicle, toilet and basin and welcome toiletries (shampoo/shower gel) are provided.
Please note there is no requirement for a carbon monoxide detector as there is no gas supply to this apartment.
The building has secure entry via key fob and an internal lift to all floors, there are a few steps along internal corridors to reach the apartment. The apartment comes with one allocated parking space in the covered car park underneath the building.
