This is a really lovely, characterful first floor apartment, with high ceilings, at the rear of an imposing old residential property right by Christchurch Park, it’s just a short stroll down the hill to the main town centre and the business district, and a 15 minute walk to the popular Waterfront area.

** Minimum age for children is 8 years old. Children are included in the maximum occupancy. Additional security deposit applies.**

The apartment is a good size and is furnished to a very comfortable level with a fully equipped kitchen including fridge with freezer box, oven/hob, microwave, toaster, washer/dryer, iron/ironing board, and sufficient cooking/serving equipment for your day-to-day catering.

You will be provided on arrival with a welcome pack of basics such as bread, butter, milk, cereal, eggs, beans and tea/coffee. We also provide essentials such as washing up liquid, kitchen rolls, cooking oil, salt and pepper.

The living room has a sofa, coffee table, dining table and chairs for four people and a Smart TV. Free to air terrestrial channels are provided and also the facility for you to view your own streaming content. Due to the large sash windows in both bedroom and living room that overlook the rear of the property, it has lots of natural light - but also blackout curtains.

The bedroom has a comfortable king-size (5ft) bed, wardrobe and dressing table.

The bathroom has a shower cubicle, toilet and basin - welcome toiletries (shampoo/shower gel) are provided.

To reach the front door there are some steps, and then another set of internal stairs to reach the apartment, so it is not suitable for anyone with mobility issues.

It comes with one on-street parking permit (vehicle registration required).

Ipswich is Suffolk’s County Town and due to recent and significant regeneration projects, the town is alive and bustling. It has a thriving business district, an excellent cultural and arts scene, a constantly growing food and drink offering, sports and outdoor activities galore, some spectacular coastal, rural and architectural scenery, many places of interest to visit, and not forgetting the impressive history and heritage of the area which dates back to the Anglo-Saxon times. You will not be bored visiting Suffolk!
Ipswich has a great transport service network of buses, trains and taxis as well as good access to A12 / A14 arterial roads and is just one hour from both London Stansted and London Southend airports by car, and the train from London Liverpool Street.

Christchurch Park is the oldest public park in Ipswich and opened in 1895 and was officially 're-opened' in May 2008, after the completion of a £4.5 million restoration project funded by the Heritage Lottery Fund and Ipswich Borough Council. It extends over 33 hectares of picturesque grounds right in the heart of the town, and houses Christchurch Mansion; a beautiful Tudor mansion with over 500 years of history and is free to enter.

Located in Ipswich, this apartment is in the city center and on a river. Ipswich Museum and New Wolsey Theatre are cultural highlights, and some of the area's attractions include The Question Mark Sculpture and Namco Funscape.
