Utility room: large American style fridge/freezer, tumble dryer and washing machine.
First Floor (2 staircases leading to the first floor) Living room: L-shaped sofa, inglenook fireplace with log burner. Doors to a covered balcony with a bench and 2 folding chairs and beautiful views over Hunts Bay. Large flatscreen TV, DVD player, CD player, Mezzanine floor: joining reception 2 and the master bedroom, this area also has a balcony with patio furniture.
