Highfield in Llanmadoc is a stunning 3 bedroom property overlooking Whiteford beach with breath-taking Panoramic views of the ocean. This well equipped property is only 15 years old and has a practical spacious layout with a separate sitting room, kitchen and lounge. The kitchen has a large dining table suitable for seating 8 people, as well as views that can be enjoyed over breakfast or dinner.

The sitting room has a pull out sofa bed that faces French doors that can open out to the spectacular view beyond, perfect for sitting and reading quietly or enjoying a drink. The living room is spacious and also has French doors that open out to the beautiful view beyond. Here you will find a smart TV with apple TV as well as a log burner for those cold mornings or winter evenings to snuggle up in front of.

The entrance into the property is a well-lit and laid out space where the stairs follow the wall up and across in front of you to the first floor.
To the top of the stairs on your left is the master bedroom. There is a high raised double bed, against the back wall which is positioned perfectly to allow the guests to enjoy the beautiful views out of the French windows that open up to the spectacular Whiteford beach. Down the hall bedroom number 2 is the children’s room which has bunk beds as well as a trundle bed and one single bed. This room really is only suitable for children, so adults should not be included in this room. The property owner has supplied children’s reading books for the stay as well as some bath toys for the smaller kids.
Bedroom 3 has a high double bed and storage as well as boasting the same spectacular view through French windows as the master bedroom.

At the end of the hall is the master bedroom, which contains a sink, large shower cubicle and toilet as well as a separate bath. Downstairs through the utility room there is a 3rd toilet cubicle available for the morning rush, or to save you a trip upstairs.

The owner does allow 1 well behaved dog at this property, however the dog must remain downstairs and not be left alone at the property.

**** Important **** the track leading upto the property is a bit muddy and bumpy if the ground is wet, traction is poor and may result in either needing to park at the bottom and making your way up on foot, or potentially taking a run at it with a bit of speed.

When you get to Llanmadoc, drive past the Britania nn on your right hand side, after that you will pass the community shop. You will then come to a grass triangle area where you will turn left (there are 2 grass triangle sections, its the first 1 with the bustop). follow this road around to its end and you will see a track leading up to the right, follow this up, it is quite bumpy, but the property is just around the bend at the top.
