Welcome to our Cottage ! The cottage has 2 bedrooms and is ideal for a family or business guests. The ground floor bedroom has 2 single beds with en Suite bathroom. The master bedroom on the first floor features a king size bed and access to the family bathroom across a small landing. The Cottage is a detached building within a large garden, 1.1 miles down a country lane. It is gas centrally heated, with modern amenities and independent private parking for up to 2 vehicles. Situated off a quiet country lane, the location is close to Kenilworth and convenient for the N.E.C., Warwick, Leamington Spa, Stratford-upon-Avon or the Cotswolds. The M40, M6, or M42 are easily accessed and Birmingham, Coventry or Solihull are nearby.
Please note in high season holiday periods, 1st July to mid September, the cottage is only available for a 7 night minimum stay, preferably starting on a Saturday or Sunday.
Located in Kenilworth, this cottage is in a rural area. Warwick Golf Centre and Royal Leamington Spa Bowling Club are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's natural beauty can explore Elmdon Park and Birmingham Eco Park. SkyDome Arena and Planet Ice Coventry are also worth visiting.
