Attached to the owners’ property, the cottage has a large, secluded, fully enclosed garden with fine views over the fields and makes a delightful setting for a barbeque or al fresco meal.
Situated just 3 miles from the small town of Alyth, the property has a wealth of attractions and amenities within easy reach. There are some great golf courses here along with super walks in the Den of Alyth, a wooded glen on the outskirts of the town. A few miles beyond is the bustling market town of Blairgowrie with its good selection of shops, restaurants and leisure facilities. Heading west, enjoy a scenic route to the popular town of Pitlochry with its theatre, shops and fish ladder. In the winter months try your hand at skiing at Glenshee, just 20 miles away, or travel a little further and enjoy the stunning scenery of Braemar. Golf, horse riding, hill walking and cycling are all available in abundance in this lovely area.
