There is a king-size mezzanine bedroom, along with a ground-floor shower room. Outside, there is a lawned area with patio and off-road parking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. There is a shed full of logs for the woodburning stove, Apologies, pets and smoking are not permitted. Within 7.6 miles there is a shop and within 3.7 miles, a pub. For a rustic abode in the Scottish Highlands, whisk your other half to The School Room. Usual check in day is a Friday.

Ardfern Village Store, which is also well-known for its home-baked pies, is a good place to stock up on necessities, or why not visit Lochgilphead for a flurry of shops? The magnificent Kilmory Castle lies just south of Lochgilphead, where you may immerse yourself in the history or enjoy a cup of tea with a view at The National Trust for Scotland, which is situated alongside Loch Melfort. Bring your hiking gear because Adfern is a terrific place for enthusiastic walkers, with a variety of trails to explore on foot or by bike.

Located in Lochgilphead, this vacation home is in a rural area and on a lake. Carnasserie Castle and Carnasserie Castle are local landmarks, and the area's natural beauty can be seen at Moine Mhor Nature Reserve and Loch Awe.
