flatscreen tv's, You simply will not find a better waterside location. Sorry we do not accept pets ! Fish, kayak and paddleboard all day long at no extra charge

Large communal garden, games room with pool table, airhockey, darts and playstation etc. children must have adult supervision.

Outdoor bar seating area with gas fire pit is communal and may be booked in advance for special occassions, area has fire pits and gas patio heaters for winter use.
We also have kayaks, paddleboards and small boats available for fishing or messing around on the water !

Please advise your hosts in advance should you be bringing an electrical vehicles to site, especially if you require or intend to charge it from the properties power supply.
Any consumption of electricity for vehicle charging has not been factored into your rental rate and as such will be recharged to you at a specified rate at the end of your stay using the most recent kw hour rates applicable or alternatively reclaimed from your rental deposit.
