Beach House 2 is a stunning luxury four bedroom Villa situated right beside the sea with its own private hot tub. It is a detached architect designed villa with four bedrooms, a living room with a kitchen area and a dining area. Three of the four bedrooms are en suite and there is also a separate family bathroom with a bath and a shower. This villa has its own private terrace with outside tables and chairs. The Villa's own private hot tub is located on the terrace and has wonderful sea views. The bedrooms are made up as two king size double and two twin bedrooms. There is an eco friendly air source heat pump system which provides luxurious heating and hot water. There is underfloor heating on the ground floor. The kitchen area has an American style fridge freezer with its own drinks chiller and ice machine.

The Villa is situated just a short two minute (150m) walk from the Holly Tree Hotel. This has a Bar, Restaurant, Swimming Pool, Hot Tub Spa and Reception area. Users of Beach House 2 have FREE use of the Hotel's swimming pool and Hot Tub.

Well behaved dogs are permitted and are charged at £15 per night. Cots and high chairs are also available free of charge.

There is fast fibre to premises broadband with Wi-fi and the smart TV is connected to this.

The modern contemporary kitchen area is very equipped with hob, oven, kettle, pod coffee machine, toaster, dishwasher, washer/ dryer, American style fridge freezer with ice machine and cooled water, and everything else you will need for a great holiday!

This cottage is located in Appin. Glencoe Folk Museum and West Highland Museum are cultural highlights, and some of the area's landmarks include Inverlochy Castle and Ardnamurchan Lighthouse. Ardchattan Priory Garden and Glenfinnan Museum are also worth visiting.
