This secluded residence at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac is surrounded by trees and greenery with a large garden. Within 200 yards of the beach in the seaside village of Fairlie the house is modern and luxurious with solid oak flooring downstairs and new carpets upstairs. The Kitchen is equipped with Siemens appliances and includes ice maker, wine fridge and marble work tops. The TV’s in the Lounge and Bedroom 5 have Apple TV, access to Netflix and Amazon Prime as well as Sky Sports and Sky Cinema.
We hope you will love our house. The fittings and finishes are of top quality and there is no owners clutter anywhere. The house is dedicated to pleasing and providing a quiet, homely atmosphere for our guests. Fairlie train station is approximately 200 yards away as is the beach. The hills behind the property with Fairlie Castle close by, again are less than 5 minutes walk away.
There are no shared spaces in the property. Once you arrive through the wooden entrance gates opening into the large driveway you can close them and peace and privacy will envelope you. We can either greet you to take you through the property or you can retrieve the keys from the key safe (approximately 5 yards to the left of the front door) and just let yourself in. You will find a hamper with a few essentials (wine being definitely one of them), a warm centrally heated welcome, clean bedding and towels, shampoo, liquid soap, body lotion, and hopefully everything you’d want to find on arrival.

Located in Largs, this vacation home is in a rural area and by the sea. Craft Town Scotland and Artastic are cultural highlights, and some of the area's landmarks include Portencross Castle and Kilwinning Abbey Tower. Traveling with kids? Consider Geronimo Sailing Ltd and Scottish Maritime Museum. Be sure to check out the area's animals with activities such as game walks and birdwatching.
