Up to 6 guests can stay in Wellington View, making it the ideal destination for that well deserved break you’ve been dreaming about with friends and family. The spacious lounge and dining area is the perfect place to sit back and relax with some evening drinks and have a good old catch up.
Wellington View is located in a private cul-de-sac and has a front and rear garden where you soak up sun (hopefully!).
It is only a 3-minute stroll to Ayr seafront where you can enjoy long walks and cycle routes whilst breathing in the fresh sea air. If you feel like venturing into town, it is only a 15-minute walk. You can then indulge yourself in the local cafes, restaurants and bars surrounding you.
There is no need to worry about finding a parking space as Wellington View has a dedicated driveway at the front of the property.

Wellington View is a spacious 3 bedroom bungalow nestled in the heart of the Seafield area of Ayr.
The ultimate home from home experience, this charming bungalow boasts a recently fitted, modern and fully equipped kitchen, rustic wood flooring in lounge/hallway and central heating for those cold Scottish nights cosying up, making use of the complimentary access to Netflix. Our private back garden is a must have for the summer months after a fun filled day at Ayr beach front (located only a 5 minute walk away)
Guest Access:
Our guests have access to the full property during their stay. including use of the driveway and private back garden. No access to the garage at the side of the property.

Located within walking distance of all local amenities including Ayr seafront, the town centre, local shops and excellent transport links to the surrounding area's. Glasgow and Edinburgh cities are only a train or bus journey away, making it the perfect base for work or leisure.
