Beautiful self-contained character cottage set within private garden, one mile from Ascot, Berkshire. Large open plan studio room with sitting area, kitchenette and bedroom area; en suite shower room/WC. Perfect for 1-2 guests looking for a comfortable and relaxing place to stay, whether for business or pleasure. It is ideal for visitors to Ascot Races, Windsor, close to Heathrow and a lovely rural retreat less than one hour from central London.

The Old School House is offered on a self catering basis, however we provide a basic refreshment welcome pack of tea, coffee, milk and breakfast cereals. There is a kitchenette with hob, microwave and refrigerator, plus kettle and toaster.
The comfortable sitting area has a sofa and armchair, coffee table and a small dining table.
There is Wi-Fi available, and TV with Freeview channels. The bedroom has a kingsize bed with hypoallergenic pillows and duvet, and the linens are 100% cotton. Drawer and hanging wardrobe storage is provided.
The bathroom has a shower, WC and heated towel rail; we provide towels and a hair dryer plus iron and ironing board

The Old School House is a separate building in our garden, and you can come and go at any time.
You are welcome to use the garden, though we would ask you to not invite additional visitors.
