The house is modern, nicely decorated and recently refurbished 3 bedroom town house on 1st and 2nd floor with large driveway and brand new appliances, huge 4K TV with 100’s of films on a hard drive and very well equipped kitchen with new crockery, cutlery etc.
The house is very close to Bracknell train station and bus station and the brand new Lexicon is only 5 minutes stroll.
The house has a stylish oak King Size bed in the main bedroom and fitted wardrobes a King and Single in second bedroom and a Single bed in the third bedroom so easily sleeps 6 people, plus we can provide a new travel cot if required.

The bathroom has been refurbished with good quality pea bath and shower and tastefully decorated, all on the 2nd floor.
Downstairs has a refurbished kitchen, dining area and large main lounge, with floor to ceiling windows making the space very light and airy.
We provide good quality bed linen and towels for your comfort.
The kitchen is well equipped with all the usual array of microwave, electric over, toaster, kettle and all crockery, cuttlery and cooking implements are provided. There is a dishwasher, separate fridge and freezer and a washer/dryer for you clothes.
There is shower gel, shampoo and conditioner in the bathroom plus hand wash at the sinks.
We provide washing up liquid, dishwasher tablets, washing liquid for clothes and all cleaning implements.

The Lexicon Bracknell recently opening, we have visited and it really is a fantastic place to shop and eat and drink!
There are a host of new restaurants, a 12-screen Cineworld, striking, modern architecture, stylish landscaped spaces, and both open-air and covered shopping facilities combine to create an exciting array of experiences in one convenient destination.
Legoland is an 8-10 minute drive and Windsor castle, Windsor town centre, Windsor Great Park are 10-15 minutes drive and Ascot Race course about 10 minutes away. Reading is 8 miles away
There are some well-regarded restaurants and gastropubs in the area including, The Winning Post m in Warfield and The Belvedere Arms in Sunninghill, Bluebells in Sunningdale, The Barn at Coworth Park and Michelin starred Royal Oak in Paley Street, the Fat Duck, Waterside Inn and Hinds Head in Bray, 10 minute drive.
Recreational facilities nearby include Legoland which is close by as is The Look Out and the brand new Coral Reef which has had a multi-million refurbishment recently.
Thorpe Park and Chessington World of Adventures are close by too.
Saville Gardens, golf at Sunningdale, Wentworth, Swinley, Royal Berkshire and Mill Ride, polo at the Royal Berkshire Polo Club and Smith's Lawn and horse racing at Ascot and Windsor. Spa facilities may be found at The Berystede, Coworth Park and Penny Hill Park.
For the commuter, rail links to London (Paddington) are available from Ascot, Windsor & Eton Central (via Slough) and Maidenhead stations and to London (Waterloo) from Bracknell, Ascot and Windsor & Eton Riverside; Crossrail, the new high-speed service is due to begin running in 2019.
There is fast and easy access to all the major motorways, M3, M4, M25, M40 and an easy route to and from Gatwick either by car, train or coach.
Heathrow airport, terminal 5 is just 15 miles away for the house and trains to Waterloo (via Ascot or Bracknell) and London Paddington (Maidenhead) are just a short drive away 5-10 minutes drive.
Heathrow airport is about £35-£40 in a taxi. Luton is also pretty quick to get to.
You are also a stones throw from Ascot, Windsor, Virginia Water, and close to Henley and Reading to name a few.
