Leading through from the lounge to the rear hallway is the kitchen/diner, which is well equipped with electric oven and hob, washing machine, dishwasher and fridge/freezer, also the dining area and rear door access to the garden. From the rear hall next to the kitchen is the utility room, with a tumble dryer and freezer. Head up the cottage style steep stairs and you will find a spacious double room and a lovely twin, both with wonderful river and countryside views. Also on this floor you will find the bathroom, with shower over bath and WC, located next to the twin bedroom. Venture outside to find a large enclosed garden, perfect for children and dogs, with patio area, garden furniture and BBQ. Off road parking for two cars, available at the side of the cottage.
