Dethatched Annex in Rest Bay offers modern, open-plan accommodation. The spacious annex is over two floors, the ground floor is open plan living, dining and kitchen space. The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, hob, microwave, fridge and freezer, and the large living area offers comfortable seating and a small dining table.
There's a TV for you to enjoy a movie night after a busy day at the beach.
Upstairs is open and has two sleeping areas, one side with a king size bed, and a single bed at the other end. In between the sleeping areas is a sleek shower room with walk-in shower, wash basin and toilet. Outside there's a small, private garden area.
Located in a quiet residential area, this annex is just a 5-minute walk from one of Wales' finest beaches. Popular for surfing and water sports, rest bay has its own water sport centre where all aspects of water sport equipment can be hired. The beautiful coastline also has plenty to offer, Porthcawl promenade is central to the holiday town's character, with independent cafes, bars and shops.
Located in Porthcawl, this vacation home is by the sea. Margam Stones Museum and Bridgend Minature Railway are cultural highlights, and some of the area's attractions include Surf School Wales and Taskforce Paint Ball Games.
