Guests can enjoy the stunning white sandy beaches with crystal clear water and dramatic cliffs less than 2 miles away, a hidden cave to explore and lochs to swim in with direct access to the owner s sandy beach, less than 1 mile from the house. There are ample activities from horse riding to surfing. Explore the stunning local scenery wildlife and birdlife are abundant; you're sure to be inspired by the scenery that surrounds you. Step inside to discover a marvellous grand entrance hall. The ground floor of the property consists of a beautifully light and bright drawing room that boasts an open fire and is perfect the place for relaxing on the comfortable sofas and reading a book after a day out exploring. Next is the cinema room with large comfortable sofas, large bean bags and a large Smart TV with Amazon/Netflix/Apple streaming services and a PlayStation, board games and Lego. If you're looking for some peace, escape to the library with a large selection of English and French books. The spacious kitchen with a breakfast table is well equipped to cook up a storm and has a Range style double electric oven and hob, double oven, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, wine cooler, Nespresso coffee machine and milk frother. Holborn has a king size bed with an en suite shower room and a WC. Morven a family room with a super king size bed, single bed and an en suite shower room and a WC. Olrig has a double bed and an en suite shower room and a WC. Dwarwick has a super king size bed and an en suite bathroom with a shower over the bath and a WC. Stroma is a king size zip and link (which can be made into 2 6" twins on request). Finally, St John s is a twin room. These rooms have access to the family bathroom with a shower over the bath and a WC. There are two additional fold out beds for children. Heading outside, there are amazing coastal views in all directions. The walled courtyard has a water feature, seating and a fire pit. You have access to around 1,800 acres of moorland and cliff paths leading to a lovely secluded sandy beach; there is also a path over to Dunnet Head Lighthouse. The driveway has ample parking.
