Next is the cinema room with large comfortable sofas, large bean bags and a large Smart TV with Amazon/Netflix/Apple streaming services and a PlayStation, board games and Lego. If you're looking for some peace, escape to the library with a large selection of English and French books. The spacious kitchen with a breakfast table is well equipped to cook up a storm and has a Range style double electric oven and hob, double oven, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, wine cooler, Nespresso coffee machine and milk frother. The door from the kitchen opens up to the dining room and is perfect for formal meals and celebratory suppers that can be enjoyed around the elegant table that comfortably seats all guests. Holborn has a king size bed with an en suite shower room and a WC. Morven a family room with a super king size bed, single bed and an en suite shower room and a WC. Olrig has a double bed and an en suite shower room and a WC. Dwarwick has a super king size bed and an en suite bathroom with a shower over the bath and a WC. Stroma is a king size zip and link (which can be made into 2 6" twins on request). Finally, St John s is a twin room. These rooms have access to the family bathroom with a shower over the bath and a WC. There are two additional fold out beds for children. Heading outside, there are amazing coastal views in all directions. The walled courtyard has a water feature, seating and a fire pit. You have access to around 1,800 acres of moorland and cliff paths leading to a lovely secluded sandy beach; there is also a path over to Dunnet Head Lighthouse. The driveway has ample parking.
