Come and relax down on the farm in Pidley Bottom - the only hut with HOT TUB in Pidley Bottom! Experience the slower pace of rural life in the heart of Cambridgeshire. Stay under the huge, dark skies and watch for shooting stars and satellites. Wake to the dawn chorus or simply snore your way through it! Life on the farm is un-structured and peaceful.
March Shepherd’s Hut is perfect for two and is situated approximately 30m from the farm buildings in the middle of the farmyard and overlooking the pond. The two fold cotton poplin sheets and warm duvets mean that this hut is the height of opulence and the glorious views over stunning countryside help to create a most superb atmosphere. The private shower room (towels included) and loo is a short walk away - approximately 30m. Kitchen pots and pans for use on the gas cooker and crockery and cutlery are all provided for use in the separate, private kitchen alongside the hut. We also provide a BBQ and firepit.
March Shepherd's Hut has its own, private hot tub. This is an eco friendly, wood burning, two seater hot tub which will be lit at 1700 hours each evening. The tub takes approximately 1 hour to heat and will stay hot for 4 hours. Logs and further "lights" can be arranged through out the day at a small, extra charge.
We have a host of hungry animals which need feeding every morning (subject to availability and small charge) so, if you would like to, you can help with feeding the sheep & lambs, cows, goats, pigs, geese, Guinea fowl, quail, turkeys and hens - then collect your own eggs for breakfast! From field to fork in just a short walk!
Located in Huntingdon, this mobile home is in a rural area. The Manor at Hemingford Grey and Wisbech are local landmarks, and the area's natural beauty can be seen at The Backs and The River Cam. Traveling with kids? Consider Activity World and East of England Showground. Be sure to check out the area's animals with activities such as game walks and birdwatching.
