Our luxury Safari Lodges are beautifully built in timber and canvas and offer the ultimate in glamping luxury. Each sleeping up to 9 people they are perfect for families or larger groups. Each has mains power, lighting, hot water and gas heater, a fitted bathroom with toilet, sink & shower and a well equipped kitchen with hob, sink, fridge freezer, microwave & kettle. They also boast a large dining table, indoor and outdoor sofas, picnic tables and are stylishly furnished throughout.

The space

There are no other Glampsites in Cambridgeshire in such a beautiful setting. Our lakeside gardens are absolutely stunning and guests are welcome to swim in our lake. The perfect place to get away from it all and unwind.

Guest access

You'll be able to enjoy the entire six acre site of paddocks, meadows, woodland and gardens as well as our beautiful lake which we are happy for guests to swim in. For those not wanting to get wet we have pedalos you are welcome to take out on the water. There is plenty of space for children to run around, play games and ride bikes including two acre size paddocks which are perfect for a game of football or rounders.

Other things to note

The car park isn't far from the lodges however you are welcome to drive right up to them to unpack and then return your car to the car park afterwards.

Located in Ely, this lodge is in a rural area and on a lake. Ely City Golf Club and High Lodge Thetford Forest are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's natural beauty can explore WWT Welney Wetland Centre and Wicken Fen National Nature Reserve. Looking to enjoy an event or a game while in town? See what's happening at Mildenhall Stadium or Newmarket Racecourse. Be sure to check out the area's animals with activities such as game walks and birdwatching.
