The Mill and Stable is a delightful family barn conversion situated on the owners' non-working farm in the village of Llansadurnen, 1.8 miles from the town of Laugharne. This cottage sleeps ten people and has four bedrooms, consisting of a double with en-suite basin and WC, a ground floor double, a ground floor twin and a family room with three single beds with one of the beds having a trundle bed attached and en-suite bathroom. The cottage also has an open plan living area with a kitchen, dining area and a sitting area with electric stove, as well as a ground floor wet room. Outside there's ample off road parking, an enclosed patio with furniture and a front, shared lawned garden with furniture. The Mill and Stable is a welcoming base for visiting all that there is to see in the area.
Amenities: Oil central heating. Electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, Smart TV with freeview, DVD, WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Ample off road parking. Private patio, plus shared, front lawned garden with furniture. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 1.8 miles. Note: Sloping ceilings in first floor bedrooms and en-suite bathroom. Note: One of the beds in the ground floor twin bedroom can be a care bed. Note: Mezzanine landing overlooking sitting area, children must be supervised at all times. Note: A hoist is available at an extra charge and raised chair, toilet and shower seat and cot sides are available for free upon request.
