This snug retreat is set in a peaceful and unspoiled environment, offering a completely secure, gravelled and fenced area at the front that overlooks the main courtyard—an ideal spot for enjoying morning coffee or evening drinks. The cottage features a unique entrance through an original stable door leading into a slate-floored kitchen, which can be left open during warmer weather for a refreshing breeze.

The cottage is situated just outside the historic market town of Newcastle Emlyn, nestled within the picturesque Teifi Valley. The town’s high street boasts a variety of independent shops, arts and crafts, and antique centers, making it a popular shopping destination. Outside, guests can enjoy a fully enclosed gravel garden area with seating, a parasol, and a private hot tub housed in a summer house overlooking the woodland.

Additionally, visitors have access to approximately four acres of private woodland with a path leading from the cottage doorstep, providing opportunities for exploration and relaxation in nature.
