Situated in a convenient location just off the A477 between Tenby and St Clears, this property is full of character and exposed stone walls, and is perfect for couples or small families looking to explore the area.
Enter the property via a pathway from the car park into the private garden which is park gravel and part lawn, and up the gravel path to the entrance. The open plan hall has the entrance to the bathroom which has a bath with a shower over. Follow the hallway down into the kitchen with 2 ring hob and convection microwave oven, fridge, toaster and kettle.
The spacious lounge has a cosy feel with the exposed stone walls and modern furniture, with a SMART TV, a dining table and bench seating with a french door to the garden with lovely rural views. Located off the lounge are both bedrooms. One master bedroom with double bed, and ensuite bathroom with shower over the bath. There is a further bedroom with full size bunk beds.
As all the accommodation is on one floor, with just one step going from the kitchen to lounge, it may suit guests with restricted mobility if accessed via the fire exit which leads onto the paved beer garden to the hotel. There is ample off road parking which is private to this property, and further overflow parking in the hotel. The guest's will have exclusive access to the entire cottage and hotel amenities. Owners are onsite and available if needed.
The Local Area
This tucked away coach house is ideally located for couples or small families to explore the area, with so much on offer. LLanddowror itself is a small village with the hotel being its main hub.
St Clears is less than a 5 minute drive and is a charming small town with good road links, a good choice of coffee shops, independent shops, small supermarkets and a handful of pubs. There are several good choices of places to eat including an award winning Indian restaurant, local pubs serving good food and some restaurants on the outskirts a short drive away. There are local pretty riverside walks, and a kids play park nearby.
Just a 15-20 minute drive you will find the famous beach towns of Tenby and Saundersfoot, with so many attractions and amenities. There are also a good choice of outdoor activities available in the area, ranging from horse riding, coasteering, to a variety of water sports, abseiling, orienteering, caving and gorge walking. There are many beautiful rugged beaches in Carmarthenshire and Pembrokeshire, along with the more popular coastal resorts of Pendine, Saundersfoot and Tenby. There is an abundance of interesting attractions locally, including Castles, historic houses and National Botanical Gardens to name a few. For the younger generation we are a short drive away from the likes of Folly Farm, Oakwood, Manor House Wildlife Park, Heatherton World of Activities and Dinosaur Park to name a few.
