Due to the prime location and modern amenities, the apartment would serve as the perfect base for tourists, families or business travelers alike!

There is no on street parking but there are several car parks nearby.
The space
A Beautifully decorated property right in the heart of the city centre! The Living/Dining area is spacious, providing a fantastic sociable living area. The kitchen is shaker style and is equipped with appliances which include a hob, oven, fridge/freezer and washer/dryer and dishwasher. Both double bedrooms are stylish with high quality furnishings and hotel quality bed linen. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed and wardrobe. The second bedroom has a super king size bed and wardrobe.
There is a full bathroom with 3 piece white suite and a further shower room. There is also a private, gated, courtyard.
Guests will have access to the whole property.

CHECK IN / CHECK OUT
Check-in time is after 3pm and check-out time is before 11am. A £30 charge will be requested if guests check themselves in early without permission or if guests do not check out on time as this will cause disruption to our cleaner’s schedule.
Please note that you will be charged £100 for lost keys, so please be careful with them.

Set just off one of Chester's most popular streets teeming with independent coffee shops and restaurants. This is an ideal location for anyone visiting Chester.
Other things to note
There is no on street parking but there are several carparks nearby. We would recommend Linenhall Car Park which is £6 for a 24 hour period.

We have a cot and high-chair available. They are not kept on site, so please advise us if you need these for your visit and we can ensure they are provided in time for your arrival.

This vacation home is located in Chester. Stanney Woods and Burton Mere Wetlands reflect the area's natural beauty and area attractions include Chester Zoo and Chester Roman Gardens. Crocky Trail and Blue Planet Aquarium are also worth visiting.
