Summary:
My two bedroom home is located just a short distance from Manchester city centre and can accommodate up to 5 guests. There is parking available for 1 car and choice of free on street parking options.
The kitchen/living area is spacious and fully equipped to cater for your stay. You can also enjoy the garden on sunnier days!
My charming home is complete with quality linen, fresh towels & complimentary toiletries to make your stay comfortable & enjoyable.
The space:
My house has been recently refurbished and comprises of a kitchen, living area, two bedrooms, half bathroom and a full bathroom. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, oven, cooking hops, microwave, table, crockery, pots and pans.
The living area is very homely and has a TV with Freeview channels, sofa, coffee table and French doors leading into the garden. Please note the sofa bed will not be made upon arrival, if the sofa bed is required for your stay you must notify me during the booking enquiry. The linen for the sofa bed will then be provided at an additional cost of £10.
The master bedroom and second bedroom each have a comfy double bed and ample storage for your belongings.
Finally the bathroom suite has a bathtub with a shower, toilet, sink, radiator and complimentary toiletries.
Parking is available on site for one car as well as ample free parking on Littleton Road. Please be mindful of other residents on the road and do not park in more than the one space directly outside of the property.

Our standard check in time is after 3pm. Check out is before 11am.
Please note that you will be charged £100 for lost keys, so please be careful with them.

The house is situated in the close to the city centre of Manchester, and will be an ideal temporary home during your stay in the city. Nearby attractions include MediaCity Uk, Old Trafford Football Stadium and the IWM North, as well as river side views of the River Irwell.
Attractions like the Manchester Cathedral, National Football Museum, People’s History Museum, and Museum of Science and Industry are also very easily accessible in just a few minutes.
The property is located just 1.0 miles from Salford Crescent Train Station and connects you to Manchester Victoria Station in a few minutes at very regular intervals as well as connecting you to Manchester's Metrolink system.
Buses also run directly into central Manchester every few minutes from just outside the property.
