The space
A nicely decorated 3 bedroom, terraced ‘home from home’ with an enclosed rear courtyard.

Downstairs
An entrance hall off of which there is a cosy living room with smart TV. A further living/dining area at the rear leading to a modern kitchen and W/C. Enclosed rear yard with outside dining area.

Upstairs
A spacious bathroom with bath and overhead shower. Two double bedrooms (both with double beds) and a large single bedroom.
Guest access
Via Lock box. Guest have access to the entire home.

Between each booking, this home is professionally cleaned to the enhanced standards and the linen is professionally laundered.

We have a travel cots and high-chairs available (free of charge but subject to availability). They are not kept on site, so please advise us in advance if you need these for your visit so that we can endeavour to ensure they are provided in time for your arrival. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate last minute requests for these items.

Usual check-in time is strictly from 4pm and check-out time is by 10am. We're willing to be flexible with this by arrangement but this is dependent on other bookings, so please let us have any requests in advance of your stay.
Other things to note
The property is a short 8 minute walk from the town centre.

There is a lovely Thai restaurant nearby - Nine Elephants - which is a 7 minute walk away, as well as popular bar and restaurant - Telford's warehouse - which is just an 8 minute walk!

Greyhound retail park is a 6 minute drive or a 15 minute walk, where there is a Tesco Superstore as well as lots of other shops available to visit!
