The space
My place sleeps 6 people and is perfect for groups who want to be within touching distance of Salford, Media City and Old Trafford.

We have an open kitchen living space which makes it a perfect space to socialize and relax.

In the kitchen, there is everything that you need for your stay including a fridge, Smart TV (Netflix/YouTube), Broadband WIFI, washing machine, hob and oven, microwave, kettle and toaster.

Downstairs you will find a large double bedroom with plenty of storage.

Upstairs you will find two double bedrooms suitable for adults and children and a spacious bathroom.

Other things to note

- Standard check-in time is 3pm onwards, and check-out time is before 11am.
- Please note that a fee of £100 will be charged for lost keys--please be careful with them.
- Turn off the boiler before checking out.
- Smoking area is in the backyard.
- My property is professionally cleaned and is set up to be remote access, ensuring there is no direct contact with anyone needed. The linen and towels are removed from the property after each stay and replaced with freshly laundered supplies.
